Lolita Lempicka is a French perfume house founded by designer Josiane Maryse Pividal, whose first fragrance appeared in 1997 in the now-iconic apple-shaped flacon. Working with perfumer Annick Ménardo, the house built its reputation on a liquorice-and-violet gourmand that smelled like nothing else on the department-store counter, and it followed it with Au Masculin (2000), L de Lolita Lempicka (2006), Si Lolita (2009) and a long run of limited-edition flacons that collectors now treat as objects in their own right.
