Batch codes are typically 3-8 characters (letters and numbers). Enter the code above, select your brand, and click Check Date to see the manufacturing date.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does perfume last after manufacturing?
Most fragrances have a shelf life of 3-5 years when stored properly (away from light and heat). Vintage perfumes can last much longer if well-preserved.
Does a newer batch mean better quality?
Not necessarily. Many collectors prefer vintage formulations which often contain higher concentrations of natural ingredients. Newer batches comply with current IFRA regulations, sometimes resulting in reformulated scents.
Why check a batch code?
Batch codes help authenticate perfumes and determine their age. This is especially important for vintage and discontinued fragrances where formulation changes over time affect the scent profile.
